About Us
We are a collective of three families who are community people + lovers of real estate and travel. Two families are from St Paul/Minneapolis, Minnesota and the other is a local family from Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste. We took these passions and our resources to the lovely country of Costa Rica and purposefully built a sense of community and adventure into our rental properties, so that all who visit our portfolio of properties share in having an enriching and exclusive experience.
Our Costa Rican properties are privately-owned by our families with additional concierge services and support provided by our local Costa Rican Property Manager. Together we are committed to providing an exceptional level of service, wishing for each guest a comfortable and carefree stay, plus a most memorable experience during their time in Costa Rica.
