• Once booking is confirmed, our local Concierge and Property Management company will reach out with Reservation Form & Rental Contract. They can assist with car rentals, tours, provide a Chef, stock houses with food & beverages etc.

Check In/Out

  • Check-in between 3pm-6pm
  • Guests must contact our Concierge with arrival times and make arrangements for check-in
  • Arrivals after 6:00 pm will receive an extra $30 charge from the Concierge
  • Check-out by 10am
  • Additional check out processes will be provided at time of booking and check-in


  • Cancel within 14 days before check-in to get a partial 50% refund (minus service fee)
  • Cancel within 7 days of your trip and reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE

House Rules

  • No Smoking
  • Not suitable for pets


  • Renters acknowledge that all Vacation Rental rates are subject to Costa Rican taxes, sales tax at 13%


  • Linens, bath towels are provided. In addition initial setup of paper towels, bath soap, toilet paper and dish soap. Renters responsible for additional comforts and supplies.


  • Basic housekeeping services provided once per week. Additional services can be arranged in advance with Concierge.

Damaged/Missing Items

  • All units are inventoried and inspected before and after occupancy. Renters assume full responsibility for damaged and missing items and agrees to sign a voucher upon rental check in that allows management to debit credit card for replacement or repair costs.

Lost Keys

  • Opening of door resulting from misplaced keys is $20 service fee
  • Failure to return keys upon check-out result in a $100 service fee

Illegal Drugs

  • No illegal drugs allowed on the property. Possession and use of such substances cause for immediate eviction and forfeiture of payment.

Personal Items

  • Owners and management not responsible for lost or misplaced items

Repairs & Maintenance

  • All efforts will be made in a timely fashion for repairs and maintenance needs


  • Owners and management not liable for damages, theft and/or injury due to Guest’s acts, actions, negligence or circumstances beyond owners and management’s control.
