The Beach House Playa Hermosa in Costa Rica is one of our favorite places to visit! The house is amazing, the views are incredible and being so close to the water is truly paradise. Hanging by the pool and walking to local restaurants make this a perfect getaway. It’s also easy to get to attractions like surfing, zip lining, ATV riding, horseback riding, great shopping and much more. We highly recommend Beach House Playa Hermosa for a family adventure or a couples getaway — it’s absolutely wonderful! We can’t wait to go back!

The beach houses are beautifully remodeled and in a great location on Playa Hermosa. Jump in the pool or step out of the gate and jump in the ocean. There are many casual and delicious restaurants just walking distance on the beach. We loved seeing all of the iguanas , monkeys, and listening to the waves crash.

Beautiful beach houses just steps from the beach. There are a lot of places to gather or just sit and relax. The hammock was perfect for relaxing anytime. The houses offered ample space for the multiple couples we stayed with. The open air breeze was perfect with excellent air conditioners in every bedroom. The house has been newly updated and the furnishings are beautiful, beachy and comfy! The location is perfect! There are many choices of restaurants within walking distance of the houses. You can get a massage right out in front of the house on the beach. The houses were very clean and kept well. The pool was perfect for cooling off any time of day or night. Close to the airport, close to many other amazing attractions, restaurants, shopping and night life. The locals are so friendly and the food was amazing! My first time to Costa Rica but I would definitely come back and stay here! Pura Vida!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay in Costa Rica at the Hermosa Beach house! The 2 houses are beautifully appointed and the outdoor spaces are great for hanging out, dining, swimming, or just watching the action on the beach. The ocean is literally just steps away and the views are spectacular. The houses have several bedrooms and a beautiful living space, full kitchen and outdoor patios around the pool. We had several couples and the property was perfect for accommodating a lot of people. Everything is newly finished and decorated. The location is great too as it is a very quick drive from the airport and the quaint beach offers a quieter, more relaxing stay. If you desire more nightlife and party atmosphere, it is a quick drive to those areas too. We loved the multiple restaurants that were within walking distance as well. We loved this place so much that we’ve gone 2 years in a row now and definitely want to go back again next year!

There were 8 adults in our party and we stayed for one week. The beach houses were newly remodeled with individual a/c units per bedroom that work great! The houses share a pool and a fenced-in yard. The gate opens on to Playa Hermosa. There are a few excellent restaurants within walking distance along the beach. We either cooled off in the ocean or the pool. It was so relaxing! There are so many things to do in the area. We set up surfing lessons in Tamarindo, jet skiing and they brought the machines right in front of the beach houses, zip lining, hot springs….so much to do! I highly recommend and I can’t wait to go back!

We stayed her with 4 couples. The location is perfect! Steps from the beach through a white picket fence. 2 Houses on the property with onsite caretakers in their own dwelling. Pool was nice and warm. Each house has a kitchen. We had 4 bedrooms in our house and three baths. AC in the bedroom worked great. Open the doors in the living room to the patio and take in a gorgeous scene. Water at beach is nice and calm. No surfing here, but great to bob in the waves and watch a sunset. Beach is quiet and no large crowds. Very easy to walk from end to end. There are multiple restaurants on the beach. We ate at all of them. Nice to be able to just stroll down from your house to eat. The scene is one of relaxation. This property would be great for larger families or several families traveling together. Plenty of space. Hermosa is a quiet town and the neighborhood felt very safe. Lots of trees and wildlife everywhere! Monkeys, iguanas of all sizes and so many birds. Property is well maintained and very clean. Newer appliances and bathrooms / bedrooms look recently updated. Hoping to return soon!

This was one of the best stays we have ever had! We will for sure be coming back to Beach House Playa Hermosa. The home itself was beautiful and had all the accommodations we were looking for and then some. Restaurants in walking distance. The cleaning staff were excellent and the hospitality was outstanding also!! Overall the time we spent here was a blast and looking forward to our future vacations at this location.

Wow! My friends and I had one of the best stays here. Two beautiful beach houses, pool, hammock, ocean two steps from our backyard, restaurants all over, chill vibes for days. Concierge and cleaners were also very friendly. We will be back!!! I recommend Beach House Playa Hermosa to large groups of friends, families, or even a wedding party!
